ABOUT INTELLECTUAL OUTPUT 4
The common training scheme puts an emphasis on:
- Training on joint definition of teaching excellence at BA and MA level and definition of excellence in doctoral supervision and mentoring
- Training of specific skills and differences/commonalities of teaching excellence in remote teaching and physical teaching contexts (including lessons from the Covid-19 crisis) for BA and MA levels and with particular emphasis on doctoral supervision training
- Shared minimum standards for a joint teaching qualification scheme and mutual recognition
- Training on best practices of sustainable reward schemes for teaching excellence
The target groups for this common scheme are university teaching staff, administrators tasked with teaching qualification schemes, heads of departments and academic managers tasked with rewarding and promoting teaching excellence, Vice-Rectors for education and teaching directors as well as doctoral supervisors and administrative staff of graduate / PhD schools.
