The E-NOTE Excellence Trainings seek to identify effective practices for training teaching excellence in higher education, the development of a European curriculum for training doctoral supervisors and the improvement of the overall quality of doctoral students’ research experience, by exploring different ways in which excellence schemes can be embedded into a sustainable and university-wide continuous professional development strategies, as well as identifying the optimal institutional and pedagogical environments that advance excellent PhD supervision and mentoring.
